Wayne Thao Saykao is a seasoned engineer, entrepreneur, and community leader with a remarkable track record spanning over four decades. His career encompasses diverse sectors, from engineering and construction to retail, manufacturing, and transportation. He has consistently demonstrated his ability to lead and innovate, founding and managing numerous successful businesses. From an early age, Wayne was fortunate to earn an education and be fluent in Lao, Thai, English, and semi fluent in French. His education background was a pathway to bridging relationships with many international consulates and be an advocate for the Hmong.
Beyond his entrepreneurial endeavors, Wayne has dedicated himself to serving the Hmong community.
